Mirrors The Best Supernatural Horror Movie In 2008

Mirrors are a 2008 American supernatural horror film directed by Alexandre Aja. This horror movie is deemed excellent in overall quality. The film, initially titled Into the Mirror, was renamed Mirrors and began filming on May 1, 2007, and was released in American theaters on August 15, 2008.

The film was initially a remake of the 2003 South Korean horror film Into the Mirror, but Aja expressed dissatisfaction with the story’s details upon reading the script. The original film’s concept of mirrors was retained, but a new story and script were crafted, leading to the release of Mirrors 2 in 2010.

The author found the horror film refreshing and enjoyable, with a satisfying ending that felt right to them, despite the un-Hollywood approach. They may watch it again, despite others’ dislikes, as the villain was a piece of glass.
